We provide unbiased reviews of all-inclusive resorts -- information about each location based upon the feedback we receive from our members after their trips. This consumer-oriented information is what makes LBC special, and it is what makes our service different from regular travel agencies.
How Le Beach Club works...
It's no secret, the travel business has changed a lot since 9/11. Thousands of travel agencies have gone out of business, and almost all of those that remain charge "service fees" for every item. We've resisted that. Instead, we have a reasonable $100 deposit that is necessary when you call us for our advice and guidance, which is applied to the price of your trip. And even if you don't travel until many years from now, you always get back the deposit. So, the actual cost to use our service is still $-0-. The deposit amount is "per booking," regardless of how many people are traveling or how much the trip costs.
We pay you for your opinions!
In addition to giving you back your deposit, Le Beach Club does something that makes us different from all other travel agencies: we pay our members $25 per adult for filling out a short questionnaire* after their trips. The result is that we receive up-to-the-minute feedback every week about all the resorts that our members visit, and we are able to provide this consumer-oriented information to our other members when they are planning their trips.
This sharing of information is what makes us a club. Of the hundreds of resorts now advertising all-inclusive packages, we can tell you which ones are the best, and which ones are the best to avoid.
We shop for you
With so many choices, there are also many unadvertised specials that we hear about every day. Part of our job is to make sure that you get the very lowest price available. So be sure to tell us if your travel dates are flexible, because that will often enable us to find even better rates for you.
Vacationing with friends
If you've been to a Club Med resort in the past, then you know how much fun it used to be when you were seated with other people at mealtimes. Over the course of a week you'd have great conversations with dozens of people, and you'd run into the same people wherever you went. The result was always a "vacation with friends," which is a lot more fun than going as a couple or single. It was a big part of why many of us returned to Club Med again and again over the years.
Well, a few years ago Club Med changed management and did away with this wonderful feature. Go figure. But in response, here's how we are making up for it: We arrange for groups of LBC members to visit resorts at the same time -- not only Club Med, but other resorts and cruises too -- and our members have the opportunity to eat together and enjoy activities together whenever they wish. And prior to trips, our members can get acquainted by email and exchange photos if they like. Some of our members even arrange follow-up vacations with the same people.

LBC's specialty: group travel
Le Beach Club's specialty is group travel, where everything is included in the package price. Coordinating the needs and diverse travel arrangements of groups is not an easy task, but we've become quite good at it in the last few years with many dance groups, family reunions and large families.
We also help individuals and couples, and we continue to believe that all-inclusive vacations offer the best value and the most fun. Our role is to give you the pros and cons of the many resorts, to help you make a good decision, to shop for you to make sure you receive the best rates, and to handle any problems that may arise.
Our goal is to give wonderful service to our clients. Our business model is to give superior, personalized service to fewer people -- rather than lesser impersonal service to more people.
Those who are new to LBC might wonder why they should pay a $100 deposit "just for advice and good service," but after they spend $3,000 or $5,000 on a disappointing vacation, perhaps they will consider us for their next trip.
